Deck repairs
Repair damaged deck boards or review small problems with the existing deck. Send wide photos and close-ups of the affected area before requesting a visit.
Fence gate repair
A dragging gate or latch that will not line up may involve the hinges, the gate itself, or its posts. Show us the gate both open and closed.
Fence repairs
Replace damaged boards or review a leaning or broken fence section. A wide photo showing the posts and neighboring sections is as useful as a close-up.
Railing repairs
A loose railing needs its attachment points checked, not just its appearance. Send photos showing the full section, posts, and where it connects to the stairs or deck.
Deck step repairs
A loose tread or damaged step needs a closer look at the surrounding supports. Send photos from above and from the side without using steps that appear unsafe.
Define the extent of the damage first
Tell us about loose supports, soft wood, and access on either side of the work area. Replacing a board or latch is different from rebuilding a structure. Extensive rot, structural alterations, and new construction need separate assessment.
