Drywall patching
Send a photo of the hole with a tape measure beside it, plus a wider view of the wall. We quote the patch size and the finish you want: patching only, texture, or texture and paint.
Door repair and adjustment
A door that rubs the frame or will not latch may need adjustment rather than replacement. Tell us where it catches and whether the problem is new or has developed over time.
Furniture assembly
Send the product link for each bed, desk, cabinet, or shelving unit you need assembled. Similar-looking furniture can have very different assembly requirements.
TV mounting
Tell us the TV size, the bracket you plan to use, and where you want the screen mounted. Include a wide photo of the wall and nearby outlets.
Questions about small home repairs
Is there a minimum for a very small job?
Yes. The minimum service visit is $200. Sending the rest of your repair list helps us discuss which tasks can be quoted together.
Can I add more tasks when you arrive?
Mention additional work before the visit when possible. Extra tasks need a separate agreement on time, parts, and price.
